Quinta Tonantzin Retreat House Tepoztlan
09.13
Quinta Tonantzin Retreat House, Tepoztlan, Cuernavaca, México.
Awake c. 04.30. Rising 05.55. Not long afterwards, the sounds of baggage-wheelies being pulled along the cloisters.
Morning Sitting at 07.15.
Breakfast at 08.00 with perhaps 31-32 persons around the tables.
It is very easy at this point to lose much of what we have earned during the course, gushed away in effusive and emotive farewells. A sincere parting is something else, and not expensive.
Fernando the Happy Boy, a professional classical guitarist and teacher, has shown me a new guitar made by his luthier. Working from the Beaudoux GC Pro, this is a very good prototype instrument.

Good travelling, arriving here c. 11.45, but the British Airways desk doesn’t open until 16.00. Lunch with Leo and Luciano, then setting up with Luci for computing in the food court…
It seems Luciano has been given the job of making sure I leave the country.
Yippee! A call from the Minx, at home in Bredonborough.
19.01 Moving to the BA check-in desk for 15.53, as per the information given by Air Iberia. Nothing. Luciano asked Iberia again: 16.30. This was the time Luci had to move to his own terminal for the flight to Santiago>Mendoza. At 16.43 the BA desks opened.
Here in the Iberia lounge…
… with a view of where we were sitting earlier…
… the view is better from here. The wi-fi access is also accessing: the inbox is waiting.
